AI Academia is looking for experienced Generative AI & Agentic AI professionals to mentor college students through hands-on, industry-focused training. This role involves delivering offline sessions, guiding real-world AI projects, and helping students build practical, job-ready AI skills. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-person Generative AI & Agentic AI training sessions at partner colleges
- Teach prompt engineering, AI agents, automation workflows, and applied AI use cases
- Guide students through hands-on projects and capstone implementations
- Provide mentorship and technical support to learners
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback




- Support curriculum delivery and continuous improvement Required Skills & Experience
- Robust hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and automation workflows
- Comfortable teaching and mentoring college students
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience building real-world AI applications is a plus Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience
