We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial AI Head to lead our AI Products business from strategy to execution. This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully built and scaled AI product practices, driven business growth, established strong client relationships, and led cross-functional product teams.

The ideal candidate must come from a product-based technology company and have hands-on experience in conceptualizing, developing, and commercializing AI products. The individual will be responsible for building and leading our AI Product organization while driving business growth across existing and new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall AI Products business, including strategy, execution, delivery, and growth.

Build, scale, and manage the complete AI Product practice.

Define the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for AI-based solutions.

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams comprising Product Managers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects, and Engineering teams.

Drive end-to-end AI product development lifecyclefrom ideation and product strategy to launch and commercialization.

Own business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and acquiring enterprise clients.

Lead pre-sales engagements, solution presentations, proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, and client demonstrations.

Build strong CXO-level relationships with customers and act as a trusted AI transformation advisor.

Work closely with engineering and leadership teams to ensure successful product delivery aligned with business objectives.





Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen the AI product ecosystem.

Define revenue growth plans and ensure achievement of business targets.

Monitor market trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitor offerings to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of experience in technology leadership with significant exposure to AI products.

Proven experience in setting up and scaling an AI Product practice from the ground up.

Strong track record of developing and launching successful AI-based products.

Extensive experience in Product Management, AI Product Strategy, and Product Commercialization.

Demonstrated success in business development, revenue generation, and account growth.

Strong experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, proposal management, and enterprise client interactions.

Experience leading large cross-functional product and engineering teams.

Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Data Analytics, Cloud Platforms, and modern AI architectures.

Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale recent business verticals.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Banking, BFSI, or Financial Services domain is highly preferred.

Prior experience working with enterprise AI products serving global customers.

MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
