Role Description:

We are building our talent pool of AI / GenAI Engineers for current and upcoming opportunities with German companies.

We are specifically looking for engineers who have moved beyond experimentation with LLMs and have experience building, deploying and operating real AI applications in production environments .

You may work remotely from India while collaborating directly with product, software, data and business teams in Germany.

Depending on the client and project, your work may include developing enterprise GenAI applications, RAG systems, AI agents, intelligent search solutions, automation workflows and AI-powered backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Build Production GenAI Applications

- Design and develop applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Integrate LLM capabilities into real business applications and workflows.

2- Develop RAG Systems

- Build production-ready Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
- Implement document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval and reranking.
- Work with structured and unstructured enterprise data.

3- Build AI Agents & Workflows

- Develop agentic AI systems capable of tool use, reasoning and workflow automation.
- Build multi-step AI workflows integrating enterprise applications and APIs.

4- Develop AI Backend Services

- Build scalable APIs and backend services using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI.
- Integrate AI services with existing software products and enterprise systems.

5- Vector Search & Knowledge Systems





- Work with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Design productive retrieval architectures for enterprise knowledge.

6- Evaluation & Monitoring

- Evaluate AI systems for accuracy, relevance, hallucination, latency and reliability.
- Implement automated evaluation and monitoring using appropriate frameworks and metrics.

7- Cloud Deployment

- Deploy and operate AI applications on AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Work with Docker, CI/CD and modern cloud infrastructure.

8- Security & Enterprise Readiness

- Consider authentication, authorization, data privacy, security and responsible AI when designing solutions.

9- Cross-Border Collaboration

- Work closely with German product, engineering and business stakeholders.
- Translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate technical topics clearly.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Strong Python software development skills.
- Hands-on professional experience building AI, ML or GenAI applications.
- Practical experience with Large Language Models and modern GenAI architectures.
- Experience building RAG systems beyond proof-of-concept level .
- Experience with embeddings, semantic search and vector databases.
- Experience integrating AI systems through APIs and backend services.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Understanding of software engineering principles, Git, testing and maintainable code.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.

- Previous experience working with German or European customers.
- German language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

What We Are NOT Looking For: Having used ChatGPT, prompt engineering or completing an online LangChain project alone is not sufficient.

We are particularly interested in engineers who can demonstrate that they have built and shipped real AI systems .

Location: 

India – Remote

Candidates should be comfortable collaborating with teams working in Central European Time and maintaining reasonable overlap with German business hours.

Opportunities may vary between permanent employment, long-term remote assignments and project-based engagements depending on the German client.
