We're looking for an experienced GBS AI Factory Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions that transform global finance operations.

? What You'll Do: ✅ Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI solutions ✅ Define AI strategy and execution roadmap ✅ Build and mentor high-performing AI engineering teams ✅ Drive scalable AI architecture and engineering standards ✅ Collaborate with global business, IT, and data stakeholders ✅ Evaluate emerging AI technologies and optimize AI adoption

? What We're Looking For: ✔️ 8–12+ years of software engineering & solution delivery experience ✔️ Strong leadership in enterprise-scale technical projects ✔️ Hands-on exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, automation,



and cloud (Azure preferred) ✔️ Expertise in software architecture, intelligent workflow orchestration, and AI solution design ✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking

? Education: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
