AI Engineer – LLM / Generative AI

Location: Bengaluru (HSR Layout)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to build and deploy production-ready AI applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently owning AI products from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, deploy, and maintain LLM-powered applications.
- Develop RAG pipelines and prompt engineering solutions.
- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs/SLMs for business use cases.
- Design scalable AI architectures and inference pipelines.
- Monitor AI systems for performance, quality, and cost optimization.




- Evaluate and benchmark AI models for production readiness.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML or Generative AI.
- Robust knowledge of LLMs, SLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience deploying AI applications in production.
- Knowledge of AI monitoring, evaluation, and inference cost optimization.
