Role Description The AI Engineer at ML Villa is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi. This role focuses on designing, building, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that address complex business and product challenges.

Day-to-day responsibilities include experimenting with algorithms, training and evaluating models, performing data preprocessing and feature engineering, and integrating models into production-grade software systems in collaboration with software developers. The AI Engineer will also work on pattern recognition and neural network architectures, contribute to NLP-based features, optimize model performance, and document technical designs and experiments.



Cross-functional collaboration with product, data, and engineering teams is expected to refine requirements, ensure reliability, and maintain scalable AI systems.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and coding best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition techniques for real-world problem solving.
- Applied knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), including LLMs, vector databases, RAGs, model training, evaluation, and deployment in products.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python), and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience working with data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and version control tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment in Delhi, communicate complex concepts clearly, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), MLOps practices, and prior work on production-grade AI systems is a plus.
