About ConvoPly

ConvoPly is building next-generation AI Voice Agents that help educational institutions automate admissions, student engagement, lead management, and customer interactions using Conversational AI.

We're an early-stage AI startup on a mission to transform how organisations engage with customers through intelligent voice automation. As one of our first team members, you'll work directly with the Founder, gaining hands-on exposure to building and scaling an AI SaaS startup.

This is more than an internship it's a Fellowship designed for ambitious individuals who want real ownership, practical experience, and startup exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
- Research colleges, universities, and enterprise prospects.
- Coordinate client meetings, demos, and bookings.
- Maintain CRM and client records.
- Assist in client onboarding and relationship management.
- Prepare business presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
- Support partnership outreach and follow-up activities.
- Document customer feedback and business requirements.
- Collaborate directly with the Founder on business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in day-to-day startup operations.

Who Should Apply?
- Final-year students or recent graduates.
- Students pursuing BBA, MBA, BE/BTech, BCom, MCom, or related programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or NotebookLM.
- Familiar with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
- Passionate about AI, Startups, SaaS, Business Development, and Entrepreneurship.
