Requirements

Required Skills

✔ 8+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or AI Solution Architecture.

✔ Expert-level Python programming skills.

✔ Hands-on experience building AI Agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.

✔ Robust experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architecture.

✔ Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, and scikit-learn.

✔ Strong NLP expertise (NER, Semantic Search, Text Classification, Summarization, Sentiment Analysis).

✔ Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.

✔ Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Redis, and Vector Databases (Pinecone/Azure AI Search).

✔ Experience with Azure AI Services, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD, Git, and GitHub Actions.

✔ Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
