: AI Architect – Microsoft Copilot Studio & Azure AI

Role Summary - Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise AI solution using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The role is responsible for AI architecture, custom agent development, orchestration, integration, security, and technical governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design the end-to-end AI solution architecture.
- Develop custom AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate Copilot Studio with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure AI Services.
- Design orchestration workflows using Power Platform and Azure integration services.
- Implement prompt engineering strategies and reusable prompt libraries.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
- Optimize AI agent performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Produce architecture, deployment, and operational documentation.
- Support demonstrations, UAT, and production roadmap planning.
