About the Role

Sathyam Smart Farm is looking for a agile and result-oriented Project Executive to promote smart farming solutions, generate business, manage customer relationships, and execute agricultural projects across Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through direct visits, CRM, online enquiries, exhibitions, and customer referrals.
- Identify potential customers and enroll them into Smart Farm projects.
- Handle turnkey agriculture projects and services.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and customer presentations.
- Convert enquiries into successful business opportunities.
- Conduct weekly and monthly review meetings.
- Build repeat business and referral networks.
- Coordinate implementation of Smart Farm projects.
- Participate in agricultural exhibitions, farmer meetings, and promotional events.




- Travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.

Qualifications
- B.Sc Agriculture / B.E Agriculture / M.Sc Agriculture
- MBA / BBA candidates with agriculture knowledge can also apply.

Experience
- Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome.
- Sales or Agriculture field experience is an added advantage.
