CGC University is seeking a highly experienced and result-driven professional to leadand manage infrastructure and construction projects. The AGM - Projects will beresponsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, qualitycompliance, and cost optimization of all campus development initiatives.

Plan, execute, and monitor all construction and infrastructure projects across the campus

Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors

Ensure projects are completed within scope, time, and cost constraints

Monitor site progress and conduct regular inspections

Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal regulations, and quality benchmarks

Manage tendering process, vendor selection, and contract negotiations

Track project costs and ensure budget control and optimization

Prepare project reports, MIS, and progress updates for management

Handle approvals, documentation, and liaison with government authorities





Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Lead and mentor the projects team

B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

M.Tech / Project Management Certification (Preferred)

10-15 years of experience in construction/project management

Experience in institutional / university / large infrastructure projects preferred

Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycle

Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel

Solid leadership and team management skills
