Role Description The AGM / DGM – MEP (Mall Operations) is a full time, on-site role based in the

Udaipur (Rajasthan ) responsible for overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within mall operations. The role includes managing day-to-day MEP activities, ensuring smooth functioning of building services, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. The professional will supervise vendor and contractor performance, monitor energy consumption, and support cost optimization without compromising safety or comfort.

Key responsibilities involve ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations, preparing technical reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits. The role also includes collaborating with operations, facilities,



and safety teams, handling emergency breakdowns, and contributing to long-term infrastructure planning and upgrades for the mall.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in large commercial or retail properties, with hands-on experience in mall or facility operations.
- Experience in maintenance planning, asset management, and vendor/contractor coordination for building services and utilities.
- Understanding of energy management, HVAC systems, fire safety systems, and building automation solutions.
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards, local building codes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze technical data, prepare reports, and support decision-making through structured documentation.
- Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise technical staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work with mall management, tenants, service providers, and external authorities.
- Engineering degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field; advanced certifications in facility management or MEP systems are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior MEP role (AGM/DGM level or equivalent) in commercial real estate, malls, or large complexes is preferred.
- Comfort with using maintenance management software, basic MS Office tools, and digital reporting systems.
