Job Post: Agiloft CLM Lead

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Agiloft Lead/Manager to own end-to-end delivery of Agiloft implementations and support engagements. You'll lead a team of developers and consultants, act as the technical and delivery point of contact for key clients, and drive platform stability, governance, and continuous improvement across projects.

You will be responsible for Client Success and also maintaining the partnership on Key Accounts.

General Responsibilities

- Lead design, configuration, and delivery of Agiloft solutions for enterprise clients
- Conduct structured design workshops to capture, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and configure solutions of low to medium complexity.
- Own client relationships for assigned accounts, including escalation management, SLA adherence, and stakeholder communication
- Manage a team of Agiloft developers/consultants — mentoring, reviewing work, and ensuring quality standards
- Engage with stakeholders, manage initial escalations, and drive solutions with a customer-first approach.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and incident resolution for platform issues
- Define and monitor delivery KPIs, ticket metrics, and process governance
- Support presales activities, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and client presentations
- Manage change requests, enhancements, and integration workstreams (e.g., Agiloft-Workato integrations [Preferred])
- Deliver high-quality documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user training.




- Identify and mitigate key-person dependency and delivery risk across engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Scrum Masters, Product Owners) to deliver business-critical outcomes.
- Operate effectively in a global, distributed team environment, both independently and collaboratively.
- Perform peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure solution quality.
- Should have a proven record of API integrations and Scalable Architecture.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms for at least 5 - 7 years, preferably Agiloft (configuration-driven development) and Integrations.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture, design, and development principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Experience with RCA processes, SLA governance, and stakeholder reporting
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Solid stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
