Job Purpose

- Delivery and Governance Setup
- Define and implement the team structure, processes and tools to ensure cross-discipline/capability thinking, acceleration business and success.
- Define and establish a governance model which empowers decentralized decision making, focuses on continuous value flow and measures on fact-based objectives
- Establish key success parameters, define KPIs / OKRs and establish an outcome and value-based culture, encouraging experimentation and relentless improvement for constant innovation

Core Skills

- Robust Agile/Scrum delivery leadership
- Project/program management experience in enterprise environments
- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)




- Kubernetes & containerization (Docker)
- Distributed databases (YugabyteDB / Cassandra equivalent)

Technical Skills

- Microservices architecture & API design
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Performance tuning, scalability, and system design
- Understanding of distributed systems concepts (HA, replication, sharding)

Solution Architecture & Technical Oversight

- Review, validate, and sign off architecture in line with enterprise standards.
- Cloud & Platform Delivery
- Lead implementation of applications to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Oversee containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure scalability, high availability, and resilience of systems.
