Agentic AI Engineer for a leading global technology consulting organization building enterprise-grade AI solutions for regulated industries. This role focuses on developing
AI agent workflows, LLM-powered reasoning systems, and production-ready GenAI applications for large-scale enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as
LangGraph
.
- Build Supervisor Agent logic for controlled AI agent execution.
- Develop AI modules for document intelligence, validation, and reasoning.
- Implement reflection mechanisms, LLM validation, and AI safety controls.
- Build and optimize Policy RAG and knowledge retrieval pipelines.
- Develop structured outputs, schema validation, and AI traceability.
- Collaborate with orchestration and DevOps teams for production deployments.
- Ensure explainability, auditability, and regulatory compliance of AI solutions.
Required Skills
- 4–8 years of software engineering experience.
- Robust expertise in
Python and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with
LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI architectures
.
- Experience with
LangChain, LangGraph, or similar Agentic AI frameworks
.
- Experience building
RAG applications, Vector Databases, or Knowledge Retrieval Systems
.
- Understanding of
API design, event-driven systems, cloud-native deployments, and microservices
.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in
Banking, FinTech, or regulated AI environments
.
- Exposure to
Document AI or
Fraud Detection use cases.
- Experience with
Docker and
Kubernetes
.
