Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and technically skilled After Sales Engineers to join our team across Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Bangalore.

The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting customer bottling plants, understanding technical issues, troubleshooting equipment-related problems, and providing effective on-site technical support to ensure smooth plant operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer bottling plants and provide on-site technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
- Diagnose equipment/machinery problems and identify the root cause.
- Carry out inspection, servicing, repair, and maintenance activities as required.
- Coordinate with internal technical/service teams for resolving complex issues.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to customers.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation of customer visits and issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of reported problems.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
- Travel extensively to customer locations,



with a minimum of 20 days of travel per month.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and service requests.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Candidates with After Sales / Service / Field Service experience will be preferred.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across customer locations.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.
- Candidates should preferably be below 28 years of age.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in bottling plants, packaging machinery, industrial equipment, automation, mechanical/electrical systems, or field service will have an added advantage.
