Dermis 365 is seeking a skilled and client-focused Aesthetician to provide professional skincare and aesthetic treatments in a safe, welcoming environment. ey Responsibilities

- Perform facials, chemical peels, clean-ups, extractions, and other approved aesthetic procedures.
- Assist with advanced treatments under the supervision of a dermatologist or qualified medical professional.
- Explain procedures, expected results, aftercare, and skincare routines clearly.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products without using high-pressure sales tactics.
- Maintain accurate client records, consent forms, treatment notes, and progress photographs.
- Follow strict hygiene, sterilization, infection-control, and safety protocols.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
- Monitor client comfort and identify contraindications or adverse reactions.
- Build lasting client relationships through professional and compassionate care.
- Support appointment management, follow-ups,



promotions, and clinic targets when required.
- Stay informed about new skincare techniques, products, and industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, beauty therapy, or a related discipline.
- Relevant skilled licence or registration where required.
- Previous experience in a dermatology clinic, med-spa, salon, or aesthetic centre is preferred.
- Strong understanding of skin types, common skin concerns, treatment protocols, and aftercare.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and customer-service skills.
- Professional appearance, attention to detail, and respect for client confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with dermatologists and clinic staff.
- Comfortable working toward service, retention, and ethical product-sales goals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
