About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and confident Aesthetic Patient Counsellor to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong patient counselling skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of aesthetic treatments and clinic operations.

The role involves interacting with patients, understanding their concerns, explaining suitable treatments, supporting doctors during consultations, and ensuring a smooth patient journey from enquiry to follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel patients regarding aesthetic, dermatology, skin, hair, laser, and cosmetic treatments.
- Understand patient concerns and explain treatment procedures, benefits, and expectations clearly.
- Handle patient enquiries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, follow-ups, and patient visits.
- Assist doctors during patient consultations and ensure proper coordination.
- Maintain accurate patient records, consultation details, and follow-up data.
- Follow up with prospective patients and support appointment/conversion targets.
- Build strong patient relationships and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain professionalism,



confidentiality, and a patient-first approach at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in an Aesthetic/Dermatology/Cosmetic Clinic or Healthcare Counselling is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust patient counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of aesthetic/dermatology treatments is preferred.
- Ability to explain treatments in a simple and convincing manner.
- Strong follow-up, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to handle patient conversion responsibilities.
- Professional, confident, empathetic, and presentable personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
