Key Responsibilities

- Implement and manage web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels.
- Develop and maintain data collection methodologies, ensuring accuracy and reliability of analytics data.
- Analyze user data and provide insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision making for improving user experience, content relevance, and website performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and UX teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards and reports to track and communicate performance metrics.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of website data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives to improve website performance and user engagement.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web analytics, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance data measurement and reporting capabilities.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on analytics tools and data interpretation.




- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the correct implementation and integration of analytics tags and tracking codes.
- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to perform advanced analytics, machine learning, or predictive modeling when required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in web analytics and using tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Robust understanding of Adobe Experience Manager or other content management systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for implementing analytics tags is a plus.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
