We are looking for a motivated and committed Advocate to join our litigation team in Pune, Maharashtra .

2–3 Years of Hands-on Litigation Experience

Practice Areas

- Civil Litigation
- Commercial Litigation
- Consumer Litigation

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting plaints, written statements, appeals, applications, legal notices, and other pleadings.
- Appearing before Civil Courts, Commercial Courts, Consumer Commissions, and other judicial forums.
- Conducting legal research, case analysis, and preparing legal strategies.
- Handling court proceedings, filings, documentation, and case follow-ups.
- Managing day-to-day litigation matters and ensuring timely compliance with procedural requirements.
- Coordinating with clients, court staff, senior counsel, and other stakeholders.




- Assisting in the preparation and management of litigation matters from filing through final disposal.

Eligibility

- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council.
- 2–3 years of practical litigation experience.
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Positive court appearance and case-handling experience.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to independently handle assigned matters and meet deadlines.
