We're Hiring: Business Development Executive – CPS (Affiliate Marketing)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (CPS) to onboard, manage, and scale affiliate marketing campaigns across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, particularly in the CPS model , along with a robust understanding of web and mobile platforms.

The role requires expertise in affiliate marketing terminologies, campaign analytics, performance metrics, and pricing models such as CPI, CPA, CPL, and CPS .

Key Responsibilities

- Onboard and manage affiliate campaigns across domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with publishers and partners.
- Conduct campaign research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Understand and optimize sales funnels to improve campaign performance.




- Analyze key performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Provide customized solutions to clients based on their marketing objectives.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns using tracking platforms such as HasOffers, Trackier, and Affise .
- Work closely with internal teams to drive campaign growth and achieve business targets.
- Possess a strong understanding of affiliate pricing models, including CPA, CPI, CPL, and CPS .

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in the affiliate marketing industry, specifically in the CPS model .
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing terminologies and pricing models (CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS).
- Experience working with web and mobile tracking platforms.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
