Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Advanced English Communication Specialist to enhance internal and external communication across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent spoken and written English, strong presentation skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with clients, senior professionals, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders in advanced spoken and written English.
- Draft and review emails, proposals, reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Conduct professional presentations, meetings, webinars, and training sessions.
- Ensure all communication follows business etiquette, grammar, clarity, and professional tone.
- Support teams in client interactions, negotiations, and corporate communication.
- Train or mentor employees on public speaking, presentation skills, and executive communication when required.
- Handle customer queries and escalations with professionalism and confidence.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, HR, and leadership teams for high-quality communication output.
