- Bachelor’s degree in process engineering or industrial process control.
- 10+ years of APC experience in Oil & Gas, refining, or petrochemical industry.
- Solid hands-on experience with APC platforms (e.g., Aspen) and DCS (Honeywell, Yokogawa, Schneider, Emerson).
- Proven ability to work with operations, DCS & instrumentation maintenance, and engineering teams.
- Offshore certifications may be required (Medical, BOSIET OPITO).
Experience
- Experience with both refining and upstream processes.
- Proficient with upstream and offshore operations, including deep water.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain APC roadmap for assigned sites.
- Oversee, monitor, and sustain APC applications in run mode.
- Track and improve APC performance and benefits.
- Coordinate with site teams on APC troubleshooting and daily management.
- Collaborate with production teams on tuning, operational changes, and shutdown/start-up planning.
- Ensure measurement reliability impacting APC.
- Apply APC standards and best practices across sites.
- Coach and mentor engineers.
- Support deployment of new APC projects.

- Technical leadership and communication ability.
