What you will Do

- Counsel students, working professionals, and parents about nutrition programs
- Understand learner goals and recommend suitable courses
- Explain course structure, duration, outcomes, and career scope clearly
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to drive enrolments
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems
- Support learners post-enrolment and resolve their queries smoothly
- Stay updated with nutrition education trends and offerings

Who we are looking for

- Graduate or postgraduate, preferably in Nutrition, Health Sciences, or related fields




- Minimum 6 months experience in counseling or EdTech sales
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable with targets and follow-ups
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively engage with diverse prospective learners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented support throughout the admissions process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage leads, conduct consultations, and convert inquiries into enrollments in a consultative, non-pressuring manner.
- Candidates should possess Education-related skills or experience, such as understanding learning pathways and explaining course structures and outcomes clearly.
- Relevant qualifications may include a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in education, psychology, business, nutrition, or a related field.
- Additional beneficial skills include basic computer proficiency, CRM or admissions software experience, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine interest in health, wellness, and learner success.
