Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting campus or office walk-ins, and explaining course offerings, training formats, and placement support.

Daily responsibilities include engaging with leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings, assessing candidates’ educational and career goals, and recommending suitable programs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on prospective students, collaborating with faculty and marketing teams to support enrollment campaigns, and contributing to a positive, professional experience for all applicants.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to interact effectively with prospective students and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide respectful, timely, and helpful support throughout the admissions process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert inquiries into enrollments in an ethical and student-centric manner.




- Candidates should possess an understanding of Education processes to explain course structures, learning outcomes, and placement pathways clearly.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, experience in admissions, counseling, or education services, and familiarity with digital marketing or related fields are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Delhi, India, proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools, and solid organizational and follow-up skills are preferred.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales, counseling, telecalling, customer support, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and lead generation activities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and AI tools is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn is preferred.
