? Role: Admission Consultant
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented admission consultant who can guide students and working professionals toward suitable career-focused training programs.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert qualified leads into admissions.
? Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding IT and Non-IT training programs.
Understand candidates’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and requirements to recommend suitable programs.
Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in counseling.
Explain course curriculum, training methodology, placement assistance, fee structure, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, seminars, webinars, referrals, and other channels.
Convert qualified leads into admissions and consistently achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with prospective students throughout the admission journey.
Assist candidates with registration, documentation, and fee collection.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely closure of leads.
? Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
6 Months – 1 Year of relevant experience.
