WeShine Academy is looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Admissions Advisor to join our team in Tuticorin.

The role involves communicating with students and parents, explaining our courses, handling enquiries, following up with prospective students, and supporting the admission process.

Responsibilities

- Handle student and parent enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and direct visits.
- Explain academy courses, batches, fees, and facilities clearly.
- Understand students' requirements and suggest suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested students and leads.
- Convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students.
- Assist students during the admission process.
- Maintain basic records of enquiries and admissions.
- Work towards achieving monthly admission targets.

Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Friendly and confident personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good Tamil communication skills; English communication is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate with students and parents professionally.




- Willingness to work towards targets.
- Previous admission/sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
