Job Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries.

- Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-up.

- Explain course curriculum, fees, batches, and placement assistance.

- Maintain student records and CRM updates.

- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.

- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding.

- Conduct demo class follow-ups and admission activities.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 0–3 years of experience in Admissions, Education Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

- Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
