Role Description The Admission Counselor role at Profession Hike is a full time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The counselor will guide prospective students and families through the college selection and admission process, including explaining programs, eligibility criteria, application timelines, and scholarship opportunities.

Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions (in-person and over phone), responding to inquiries, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on educational offerings, admission requirements, and market trends,



while meeting enrollment and satisfaction targets.

Qualifications
