Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Admission Counselor at Edudrona.

The Admission

Counselor will respond to inquiries from prospective students and families, explain course offerings and learning paths, and guide them through the enrollment process. They will conduct virtual counseling sessions, assess student needs, and recommend appropriate programs and schedules. The role includes following up with leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems,



and collaborating with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The Admission

Counselor will also provide ongoing support to enrolled families, address concerns, and contribute feedback to improve admission processes and learner satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage with students and families in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to handle queries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
- Sales skills, including lead follow-up, needs-based counseling, and converting inquiries into enrollments in an ethical and student-centric way.
- Background or interest in Education, with an understanding of school curricula and online learning environments.
- Comfort with work from home tools, CRM or lead management systems, and basic office software.
- Ability to work full time with flexibility for peak hours, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in Education, Counseling, or related fields are an advantage.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, edtech, or academic advising is preferred but not mandatory.
