Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor cum Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding students through the admission process, and ensuring a high conversion rate of leads to admissions. This role requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and a strong passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide course information and encourage enrollment.
- Handle inbound inquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins) and follow up effectively.
- Understand student requirements and provide counseling for appropriate courses.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and student information in the CRM/database.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and persuasion.




- Schedule and conduct counseling sessions – online and offline.
- Achieve monthly targets for admissions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for campaign support and updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline; Education/Counseling background preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in Tele calling, Counseling, or Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Ability to handle pressure and work towards achieving targets.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and data entry.
