Job Summary

Emperor Bulls is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Counsellor who is passionate about sales and student admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, be able to understand student requirements, provide guidance on available courses, and convert enquiries into successful admissions.

This role is highly sales-focused and requires consistent follow-ups, lead nurturing, and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Generate admissions by effectively converting leads into enrolled students.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, emails, and walk-in candidates.
- Perform regular follow-ups with prospective students to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Explain course features, benefits, fees, schedules, eligibility criteria, and career prospects with confidence.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales and follow-up reports.
- Participate in promotional activities, education fairs, seminars, and lead generation campaigns whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Education Counselling, Admissions, Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of professional courses, admission processes, and student counselling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to convince and convert prospective students.
- Experience in lead generation, lead management, and follow-up strategies.
- Positive organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate data and documentation.
