As an Admission Counsellor / Senior Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admissions journey, building meaningful relationships with applicants, and representing the institution at various outreach initiatives.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy interacting with students from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

- Nurture and engage with prospective students through inbound lead follow-ups, telephonic counselling, emails, and virtual interactions.
- Understand student aspirations and provide personalized guidance on programmes, career opportunities, admissions processes, scholarships, and campus life.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions for walk-in students and parents.
- Lead engaging campus tours for individuals and groups, showcasing the institution's facilities, culture, and academic offerings.
- Support the admissions process by ensuring accurate lead management, maintaining CRM records, verifying documents, and assisting with application processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless applicant experience from enquiry to enrolment.
- Represent the institution at workshops, career fairs, school visits, and educational events across different cities.
- Travel once or twice a month (primarily on weekends) to conduct admissions workshops and outreach activities.
- Achieve counselling quality standards and contribute towards admissions conversion goals while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Desired Candidate Profile





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- 2–6 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, student recruitment, sales, or customer relationship management. (Senior role requires relevant experience in admissions/student recruitment.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Robust interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to connect with students and parents.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple student interactions simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for outreach activities and work on weekends as required (with compensatory offs as applicable).
