GAMMA Marine is looking for a motivated Admissions Counsellor to manage student enquiries, provide course guidance, and convert leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a target-oriented approach, and experience in counselling, admissions, or education-related sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle prospective student enquiries through calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions, providing accurate guidance on courses, eligibility, fee structures, and career progression pathways.
- Manage the complete enquiry-to-enrolment process, including systematic follow-ups to convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions and achieve enrolment targets.
- Develop and implement admission strategies to drive student enrolment and achieve organisational growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team by allocating leads, monitoring performance, and ensuring achievement of admission targets.
- Oversee the complete student onboarding process, including documentation, eligibility verification, fee collection, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of enquiries and admissions, and prepare regular MIS and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, academic,



and accounts teams to ensure a seamless admissions and student onboarding experience.
- Uphold ethical counselling practices by providing accurate information and avoiding unsupported commitments.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in admissions, academic counselling, student counselling, education sales, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle lead follow-ups and achieve admission targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Candidates from education, ed-tech, training institutes, coaching centres, or overseas education will be preferred.
