This role involves outreach, counseling, and follow-up with applicants to help them make informed decisions about enrollment.

Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students on various paramedical courses, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures.

Respond to inquiries via phone, ERP, walk-ins, and online platforms.

Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and parents.

Maintain student records in ERP.

Update fee collection details regularly.

Maintain daily reports.

Participate in marketing and branch activities.





Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate from a relevant domain.

Experience in admissions, education counseling, sales, or customer service preferred.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
