Designation: Sales Manager - HL & LAP

- Acquire recent customers for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through DSA, connectors, and direct sourcing.

- Generate leads, build relationships with channel partners, and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Evaluate customer eligibility, collect documents, and coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for loan processing.

- Ensure timely login, sanction, and disbursement of cases while maintaining portfolio quality.

- Cross-sell financial products and provide excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle
