Actuarial Pricing - Health Insurance - 2+ Years - Bangalore

We are seeking a technically strong and analytically driven Actuarial professional to lead pricing and quotation development across specialized insurance segments, with a strong focus on Health and emerging insurance products. The ideal candidate should have strong actuarial modelling expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive pricing innovation and benefit design.

Location - Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead actuarial pricing and quotation development for affinity, parametric, government-linked, health, and other specialized insurance proposals.
2. Design and validate pricing frameworks using environmental and agricultural indices, including AQI, rainfall, and temperature.
3. Monitor portfolio performance and recommend corrective actions based on analytical insights.
4. Mentor junior actuarial professionals and promote a culture of analytical excellence and continuous learning.
5. Contribute to broader actuarial initiatives, supporting innovation and precision in pricing models and benefit design.

Requirements:

1. Strong experience in actuarial pricing, quotation development, and actuarial modelling.
2. Good understanding of Health Insurance and agricultural insurance domains.
3. Strong statistical analysis and pricing framework development capabilities.
4. Ability to work with environmental and agricultural data/indices, including AQI, rainfall, and temperature.
5. Strong strategic decision-making, stakeholder management,



communication, and problem-solving skills.
