About the Role

Boho Fest is looking for an Activations Executive who can turn brand ideas into memorable on-ground experiences. You'll work closely with sponsors, vendors, and internal teams to execute engaging festival activations from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute sponsor activations across the festival

· Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and production teams

· Manage on-ground setup, branding, and activation logistics

· Ensure seamless execution of experiential marketing activities

· Support sponsors during the event and resolve on-ground requirements

· Prepare post-event reports and activation summaries

Requirements

· Strong coordination and communication skills

· Experience in events, activations, or experiential marketing

· Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities

· Ability to work in a rapid-paced event environment

· Willingness to work on weekends and event days
