Role Description The ACP Sheet Sales Management role is a full time, on-site position based in Indore. The role involves managing and growing sales of ACP sheets through direct customer interactions, dealer networks, and project-based inquiries.

Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, meeting with customers and prospects, providing product information and pricing, and preparing quotations and proposals. The position also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, handling post-sales support,



and coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery. The role may include training sales representatives or channel partners on product features and sales techniques, as well as reporting on sales performance and market trends to management.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, dealers, and internal teams.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Experience in Training sales staff or channel partners on product knowledge and selling strategies.
- Background in building materials, construction, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and travel locally for client meetings as needed.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools or sales reporting software is an advantage.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
