? We're Hiring: Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst! ?

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to join our Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of order-to-cash processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage customer accounts effectively.

? Role: Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst

What You’ll Do:

? Accurately process cash receipts and apply payments to customer accounts in a timely manner.

? Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, and unapplied cash.

? Manage order booking and billing processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client SLAs.

? Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Collections to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.

? Maintain customer account records and prepare O2C reports, including aging reports, dispute logs, and unapplied payments.

? Monitor outstanding receivables, coordinate with Collections,



and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

? Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay informed about best practices and regulatory updates within the O2C process.

What We’re Looking For:

? Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)/BBA is required.

? 2–3 years of experience in Order to Cash, including cash application, invoicing, or order management.

? Good understanding of accounting principles related to Accounts Receivable.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

? High attention to detail and accuracy.

?️ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

? Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.

? Exposure to global clients or multinational environments is a plus.
