Shape the Future of a Global Finance Function

Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable / Cash Application professional looking to be part of a global SAP S/4HANA transformation?

This is a unique opportunity to join a newly independent international healthcare company and help build its Cash Application function from the ground up. You'll play a key role in designing processes, supporting the SAP S/4HANA implementation and driving operational excellence in a truly international environment.

Your Responsibilities

Build Phase

- Design and implement global Cash Application processes.
- Define payment posting, remittance matching and auto-match rules.
- Support SAP S/4HANA Cash Application process design and configuration.
- Define bank connectivity requirements alongside Treasury teams.
- Participate in process mapping, gap analysis and business process improvements.
- Prepare, execute and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support knowledge transfer and go-live preparation.

Run Phase
- Monitor daily auto-match performance and resolve matching exceptions.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and support month-end close activities.
- Manage unapplied cash and ensure KPI targets are achieved.
- Process multi-currency customer payments.




- Drive continuous improvements across Cash Application processes.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Cash Application .
- Hands-on SAP experience, including:
- F-28
- FF.5
- FBL5N
- Solid experience with:
- Payment posting
- Bank reconciliation
- Remittance matching
- Multi-currency payment processing
- Knowledge of bank file formats such as MT940 and BAI2 .
- Excellent analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to Have
- SAP S/4HANA Cash Application experience.
- Experience configuring auto-match rules.
- Shared Services (SSC) background.
- Previous team leadership experience.
- Healthcare or medical devices industry experience.
- Experience supporting month-end close in a multinational environment.
