Winsar Infosoft Private Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to manage the end-to-end receivables cycle including billing, collections, reconciliation, and customer account management. The role ensures healthy cash flow and solid customer relationships.

Role & responsibilities

- Generate accurate customer invoices as per contracts and billing schedules.
- Record and post customer receipts, ensuring timely cash application.
- Monitor customer aging reports and follow up on overdue balances.
- Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and payment delays.
- Perform bank receipt reconciliation and maintain AR ledgers.
- Prepare monthly AR reports, aging analysis, and collection forecasts.
- Coordinate with sales, project, and support teams on billing approvals and clarifications.
- Maintain documentation for all receivable transactions and audit requirements.
- Support month-end closing and audit activities related to receivables.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
