– Accounts Receivable Executive (Collection & Recovery) Location: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi

Additional Location: Khekra, Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh (Approx. 40 km from Loni Border, Delhi)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven Accounts Receivable Executive with strong expertise in collections, negotiation, and debtor management. The ideal candidate must have experience in a product-based or building materials industry and should be capable of handling end-to-end receivables with a strong focus on cash flow improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Management

→ Maintain and track customer outstanding balances and ageing reports

→ Ensure timely invoicing, reconciliation, and follow-ups for payments

→ Monitor credit limits and payment cycles as per company policy

Collections & Recovery

→ Drive timely collections through structured follow-ups (calls, emails, visits if required)

→ Handle overdue accounts and implement recovery strategies

→ Reduce outstanding ageing and improve cash flow efficiency

Negotiation & Client Coordination

→ Negotiate payment terms, settlements, and closure of long-pending dues





→ Build strong relationships with clients for smoother collections

→ Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams to resolve billing disputes

Reconciliation & Reporting

→ Perform ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies

→ Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports on collections and ageing

→ Highlight risk accounts and escalate critical cases proactively

Eligibility Criteria

→ Experience: 2–5 years in Accounts Receivable / Collections

→ Industry: Mandatory experience in Product-based / Building Materials / Manufacturing Industry

→ Education: B.Com / M.Com or relevant finance background

Required Skills → Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

→ Hands-on experience in collection cycles and debtor management

→ Valuable understanding of accounting principles and receivables process

→ Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems

→ Strong communication and follow-up skills

Preferred Profile → Candidates with experience in building materials, doors, interiors, or related industries

→ Ability to handle pressure and achieve collection targets

→ Immediate or early joiners preferred
