About The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Groww adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial services and investments. You will play a key role in maintaining the company's reputation by implementing compliance frameworks, conducting audits, and providing guidance on regulatory updates.

Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification such as CAMS, CS, or CMA is preferred.



Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management within the financial services industry.

Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, RBI guidelines, and other applicable financial laws is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively liaise with regulatory authorities and internal teams. The ability to analyze complex regulatory documents and implement necessary procedures is crucial for this position.

Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to financial services and investments. Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and policies to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices, and communicate these updates to relevant teams. Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections, audits, and reporting processes. Provide compliance training and guidance to internal teams to foster a culture of compliance awareness.





Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation to regulatory bodies in a timely manner. Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to address compliance issues and develop mitigation strategies. Assist in the development and review of internal policies, procedures, and controls to ensure ongoing compliance.

Support internal investigations related to compliance breaches and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
