What makes the role meaty?

- Accurately process vendor and supplier invoices in SAP on timely Manner.
- Perform two-way, three-way matching
- Detailed Knowledge of TDS and GST
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Perform weekly/monthly reconciliations of AP balances, ensuring discrepancies are promptly resolved.
- Communicate with internal Stake holders to resolve billing issues, disputes, and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Manage/Maintain the vendor master data in the accounting system SAP




- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable
- Support internal and external audits by providing invoice-related documentation and records.

We hope that you have…

- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 3-8 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and accounting software (ERP systems such as SAP)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume workplace.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
