Job Title: Accounts Officer – NGO - Khambha (Amreli)

The Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing and finalizing accounts for assigned locations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and efficient fund management.

Job Responsibility

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for assigned locations.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and fund utilization reports.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and fund allocation.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and audit processes.
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for financial documentation.




- Maintain accurate financial records and support management reporting.Key Skills:Key Skills:
