Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Manager role based in Mokama.
The Accounts
Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining general ledgers, reviewing financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing periodic financial reports. The role involves monitoring cash flow, assisting with budgeting, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial policies and regulations.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
- Experience with accounting software, spreadsheets, and basic enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
- Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile statements, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Competence in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and supporting internal and external audits.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong time-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an accounts or finance role is preferred, particularly in a corporate or industrial setting.
