Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

Independently handle GST returns, audits, and finalization of accounts.

Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliation.

Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns.

Generate and present monthly MIS reports.

Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

Software Proficiency: Expert in Tally with solid knowledge of MS Excel.

Accounting Knowledge: Robust expertise in GST, TDS, audits, finalization of accounts, and statutory compliance.

Inventory Management: Proficient in inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.

Reporting Skills: Experience in preparing accurate monthly MIS reports and financial analysis.

Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.

Industry Preference: Candidates from the jewellery industry with manufacturing accounting experience will be preferred.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
