We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager who will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational financial operations with accuracy and integrity.

Core Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budget sheets.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and financial regulations.
- Handle audit processes, including preparation and coordination with auditors.
- Monitor and manage fund utilization, expenses, and financial planning.
- Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and records.
- Assist management in financial decision-making through accurate reporting.

Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting.




- Prior experience in organizations working in the development/social sector is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of auditing, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in budget preparation and financial analysis.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and accounting tools/software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently.
