Job Summary

Aura Biotechnologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and internal financial controls. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and extensive experience in managing accounts in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and supervise the accounts team.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.

- Finalise books of accounts and coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.

- Monitor Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash flow.

- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.

- Coordinate with banks, auditors, government authorities, and external stakeholders.





- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the same profile as an Accounts Manager or Senior Accounts Executive.

- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and statutory regulations.

- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Experience in manufacturing, agrochemical, biotechnology, or FMCG industries will be preferred.
